Matters
CONSTRUCTION
A combination of hardwood, softwood and engineered wood products are kiln or air dried to ensure the integrity of the frame. All critical joints are double dowelled, stapled or screwed and glued for maximum strength. Sinuous steel spring construction ensures great comfort. An 8.5 gauge is used in the seat construction and 11 gauge with the back cushions to provide the ultimate stability.
FOAM
We offer different options in seating depending what is required to suit your needs. The foam we offer is Standard Foam at 2.0 pounds which is wrapped in poly-dacron, known for its high resiliency. CUSHION & LEGS
All back cushions are filled with hollow-fill polyester fibre that lasts and adjusts to accommodate to all users. Also, you may upgrade the back cushions to Down Polyester Fibre Mix. All toss pillows are filled with down as a standard. However, a polyester fibre mix is an option. Solid wood legs are offered in five different stains; espresso, walnut, black, and natural.
FABRIC
Statum Designs Inc. buys from various North American fabric mills that offer affordable and durable textiles for residential and commercial applications. We are constantly sourcing various fabrics with natural and synthetic blends. With the variety of fabrics available you can be reassured that you will find something to suit your colour scheme.
